I believe that you either need to have the admin of one of the following dns servers to make an entry for you, or you need to change
your domain record to point to your RAQ3 for DNS.  It appears that the following name servers do not have a record for
admin24online.net

This is what is listed in your domain record for name servers:

dns0.easily.co.uk 213.219.14.243
dns1.easily.co.uk 213.219.14.245
