This isn't right.
The GUI changes both the admin and root password ALWAYS. Whenever you change
the admin password, you'll find that the root password is not identical to
it. I wanted to leave admin functions to one of the guys in the office but
keep root access to myself (also killing telnet and using SSH), so I changed
the root password. I also told him to change the admin password every two
weeks.
Two weeks later, I couldn't get into the Qube.
Now, he tells me what admin password he wants, I change the admin password,
then change the root password to something else. A bother, but that's the
way it is. I wish the GUI would leave my root passwords alone, but it
won't...
