[cobalt-users] sendmail guru required

Ive searched many far and distant lands for the answer to my next question
and have only found false prophets thus far :) 

I need ALL mail from ALL domains on the raq3 to go via a relay server. This
can be defined with Smarthost in sendmail.cf or .mc but when a message is
delievered locally.. ie one user at main.domain.com to another user in the
same domain, it never leaves the server and never goes through the relay.
(it just moves it from to the /home/spool/mail/user file. I would like to
configure sendmail to send ALL outgoing mail through relay and only ever
deliver locally when the message has come via relay. 

pretty hard ay?

Im stumped. really stumped.
