[cobalt-users] Help on SSL and auto startup

I have a couple of issues that I need some help.

1) Many years ago, I used BSD Unix.  There is a rc.local file where you can
put in scripts that you want to execute when first boot up.  Where is it in
the RaQ2 and RaQ3 server?

2) If my RaQ2 SSL is not coming up (i.e. https is dead - even after I went
through the motion of manually starting it, I cannot get to
https://site.com), do you know how I can debug it?
