[cobalt-users] POP Before SMTP v1.3pre2

RAQ3 server.

I installed all the patches and OS upgrades prior to October 2000 then
installed the POP Before SMTP v1.3pre2 package.

I now cannot login via POP3 and get these errors in the /var/log/messages
file;

savon-net for qpop service

savon-net from host (hip4.hip-web.com) 216.173.203.178

Here's also a telnet session of the POP3 connection for further error
messages;

What would be the proper way to remove the POP Before SMTP patch and just
getting back the normal POP3 for now.  Would I uninstall the POP Before SMTP
patch then re-install one of the Qpopper patches?
