Sounds like a majordomo mailing list. If it encounters certain keywords
(such
as "cancel") in the first 10 or so lines of the body of the email, by
default
the email is routed to the list admin instead of the list. You can do a
number
of things to control this. The easiest is to change "administrivia = yes"
to
"administrivia = no" in the list's config file. "locate LISTNAME.config" to
find the location of it. http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/ for the
majordomo site, mailing lists, etc. if you need further assistance.
