[cobalt-users] email retrieval problmes

I'm receiving the following message when my Qube 2 tries to retrieve our 
organizations email from our ISP:

To: sys
Subject: Error retrieving remote mail

An error has occured attempting to retrieve remote email.
Please correct this error as soon as possible.
Cannot connect to the remote email server

I am able to telnet into our ISP's mail server and use pine to access the 
email account, but the Qube 2 is unable to download the messages from the 
server. I have checked all of the email server settings on the Qube and in 
fact re-entered all of the parameters including the password and shutdown 
and restarted it. Our internal email is working fine through the Qube. The 
error message is pretty vague, does anyone have any ideas of what could be 
the problem and how I might fix it?
