There aren't. We did turn [telent] off to only allow SSH. However, I would recommend installing SSH before that, and not rely on the web interface. Because if something goes wrong, you will want to log in and fix.
Does this mean that if I disable telnet through inetd.conf I will still be able to use my SSH client to *telnet* into the server. I have a RaQ3 and SSH comes pre-installed from Cobalt (or from the IHP that set up the machine). I use NiftyTelnet for the Mac which includes SSH with different encryption methods (DES, 3DES and Blowfish). Which encryption method is best. I am using 3DES, should I use Blowfish instead.
I certainly do not want to disable telnet and discover that SSH does not work either. I am currently using only SSH to work on the server so I know that it works.
Also, can I safely disable IMAP in inetd.conf or will it break the GUI from Cobalt.
