[cobalt-users] missing virtusertable.db

Should /etc/virtusertable.db  be recreated when I run - 

makemap hash /etc/virtusertable < /etc/virtusertable 

or 

makemap hash /etc/virtusertable.db < /etc/virtusertable 

I think this may be why aliases and catch-all aliases dont seem to be
working. When I run the makemap command it goes to the next prompt and
returns no errors. 

But then if I go  >  pine test@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 

I get 'user unknown' when I send.
