Hey Jeff you're the man!!!!!!!!!!

I tried removing the FP Extensions for the site and it removed the
doman:80.cnf file. so I enabled the extensions for the site again. tried to
enable for a existing user, who I had removed the extensions for from the
GUI, and got the error "Unable to create FrontPage web". So I looked at the
users dir and the _vti file were still there so I SU-ed and rm -r all the
_vti files and tried to enable the extensions via the GUI for that user and
SUCCESS!!!!!

Thanks a Million time DUDE. Would I offend you if I said this list is better
help than calling Support.
