Shell tools for RaQ 4(r|i) ship on the box, you
can find them in the /usr/sbin/cobalt directory.

But I would recommend getting this lastest version at:
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/jeffb/shell-tools/

Also, the newest version should be included in the next OS update
for RaQ 3 and RaQ 4.
