Think of it like the electric company. You dont pay your bill they send you
2 notices. The third one they notify you of the shutoff. Then, they cut the
power. Same concept. I have had to do it in the past on a few occasions with
no recourse. For specific case law it will vary by state.

Has anyone be thru the Legal portions of suspending sites due to
Non Payment ? Most lawyers don't know what can and can not
be done in a situation like this..

appreciated..
