Use a program called "procmail". I believe it's pre-installed on RaQx, not sure
about Qubes. Plenty of tutorials online - search google.com. Here are two I
have handy. I use procmail for autoresponders, file servers, mail routing, etc.
You name it, it can probably do it and it can definitely do what you want.
