I believe I did successfully on RaQ2, though I know for a fact I have several
RaQ2s running 1.3.11. I also got it to work on RaQ3, but didn't have the time
to get some modules I needed to work (mod_ssl, open_ssl, one other). On RaQ2 I
used standard Apache installation options, copying the new httpd binary over the
old httpd binary and stopping before the "make install" step. There may have
been 1 or 2 Cobalt specific twists, but a search for "Paul Schreiber Apache"
should turn them up. I believe mod_auth_pam.c needs to have pam_servicename =
"httpd" changed to "ahttpd".
