Currently, we do not pay for the IP Addresses. We partnered with an ISP to
resell their services. We also get out hosting line through them and they
give us IPs and complete use and access to their DNS servers. We receive
monthly commissions on everything that we sell so its really a good deal. We
do a large volume of sales with them so the spiffs are easy to come by.

Just use to have a good provider, and you can get any amount of IP addresses
you want (as long as you use them).

Once you have a few thousands of assigned IPs, you can request additional
ones easily from ARIN. The cost is reasonable too.
