Hi,

1. There is not way that on a shared ip users will be able to see their
website uploaded untill their domain is active..

Just think like if you point domaina to 1.2.3.4 and domain2 to 1.2.3.4 how
will apache know that when a user is accessing a site which site he wants to
access. What usually happens is that the site that is first created on an ip
is viewable via the web via its ip.

2,3,4. Nothing else as far as I know is effected.
