This isn't as easy to do as you might hope....
First the *server* key has to be moved, the cert is locked to it, you need
to remove the password encryption wrapper from it first...
then go to thawte's web site and look for the page with key translation
tools, you have to convert both into the format compatable with apache
mod_ssl
...
for the amount of work for 1 cert it might be easier to justreregister it
