Re: [cobalt-users] FP ext -- cobalt ... absolutly worthless support by terri in the front office

Terri Sevor you say? This is the same guy who has been ignoring my requests for help regarding the broken control panel on my Raq2, I think he needs a new line of work. Lucky for him, I sent off a nice letter to Cobalt regarding his service ethics, maybe it'll give him a push in the right direction :-)

listen here terri... what in the hell do you mean, unsupported...

the server is supposed to install frontpage extensions that work.

your advise is absolutly worthless...

all you had to do was to suggest that the server software might need to be updated as this is a known issue on the raq 3 without the os3 update...

i am ever so grateful that tony at cobalt phone support knew of the issue, and after some doing was able to tell me to simply update my webserver...

too bad you choose the easy way out and replied with a templitized response...

this tells me you do not care, are perhaps too lazy or maybe that you just do not give a damn and are happy to just sit there and collect a payceck

you should be under the employ of another firm...

one where people do not need to rely on your spoken word.

Thank you for contacting Cobalt Networks technical
support.

This is an issue that is beyond the scope of Cobalt
Networks technical support
and could potentially void your warranty. Cobalt
Networks does provide
Professional Services to aid you in the
implementation of unsupported issues for
a fee. Please email prosvc@xxxxxxxxxx or call
