Terri Sevor you say? This is the same guy who has been ignoring my requests 
for help regarding the broken control panel on my Raq2, I think he needs a 
new line of work. Lucky for him, I sent off a nice letter to Cobalt 
regarding his service ethics, maybe it'll give him a push in the right 
direction :-)
