A better subject for your message would have included 'webalizer', but...
This is occuring because you don't have any traffic yet for those sites you
just added, hence they don't have a logfile yet. You can create one:
[siteadmin]# touch /home/sites/www.foo.com/logs/web.log
give them some artificial traffic, or ignore them til you get traffic.

Yes, webalizer (the cron job that runs it anyway) does create a stats
directory when it needs to put content there. Those sites w/o traffic won't
have one yet. Wait 24hrs before looking for /stats output after your
virtual domains actually have traffic.
