[cobalt-users] FTP error: no such file

Some of my customers complaining about ftp error like that;
He said "when i try to upload files to my account here is what cuteftp says;
status:> sending c:\matefolder\ana.html
command:> port 213,43,7,243,4,60
200 port command successful
command:> stor ana.html
550 ana.html: no such file or directory"
Why could ftp gives that error? Any ideas how to fix them?
