[cobalt-users] Help broken Interface

The users have disappeared from the web interface within the domains on this
raq2 ..... must be some kind of corruption..... I certainly don't want to
take the whole system down and reload software. 
Users on any domains hosted
on this raq can't be added nor seen this is the error:
Cannot read from /usr/local/majordomo/lists/site5-users: No such file or
directory
obviously the script is getting the wrong path.......... the question is
from where? and how do I surgically fix this.....
