All you do is go to www.rpmfind.net to look for that .rpm file,
download it, then type the command they gave you (in the same
dir as the .rpm) and presto! If it fails during install it will
back out and leave nothing on your system. If you install it and
decide you want to uninstall it, then you do a
rpm -e emumail4.0-1-RH6
and it's gone.

I tried to install emumail on my raq3 a few months back and got the same
error message as you. I sent a request to emumail for help and this was
their reply:
You might try the RedHat RPM, available from
http://emumail.com/bin/emumail4.0-1-RH6.i386.rpm
If it gives you an error message, try intalling it with:
rpm -Uvh --force emumail4.0-1-RH6.i386.rpm

I never tried this as I'm not too savvy on this and wouldn't even know where
to start. oh well...
