I hope someone can help me with this problem. I'm trying to setup a page
counter for one of my clients.
Please someone help me.........

You can put the cgi file anywhere on the users site. It doesn't have to be
in cgi-bin. Or you can simply create a cgi-bin on the users www site.
/usr/cgi-bin is a symlink to cgiwrapper.
