[cobalt-users] shared SSL on RaQ (4i)

First, thanks Tony for help on the unix commands (I'm a bit rusty
there... ).

Second, per the docs for the RaQ4 (et al, presumably), it seems to imply
that my hosting customers would be able to share my machine SSL cert, if
installed. E.g., if the server name (and DNS) is ns.myRAQ4.com, and I
install an SSL for this all virtual domains with SSL option activated,
but without their own cert would be able to share the root cert.

I had something like this setup on a Sun once upon a time. First version
we had it setup so that if somebody wanted to use it on a resold domain,
the "shopper" would see a "domain doesn't match error." On another Sun
machine, a clever guy I no longer work with, had it setup so as to allow
the sub-domains to access the SSL semi-cleanly by doing a
"https://ns.myRAQ.com/users/username/web/doc.html"; or some such.

My questions (finally!) are these: what can I expect if I want to set
this up on my RaQ4 -- will my clients actually be able to share the SSL
-- is there a way to give them a URL which uses some path on the server
which will skip the warning message in the browser -- has anyone done
this (either sharing, or any custom paths for resold accounts), and is
it workable? Basically... after all that... any advice?

Thanks all!

Christopher
ps -- is there a RaQ4 specific list or support site anywhere?
