[cobalt-users] POP before SMTP on Raq2

I want to install the POP before SMTP package file so users can relay mail
from dial-ups, etc.  I have read what documentation there is on the
contributor site.  It just seems too easy and I am worried about problems
arising from trying to implement this.  Has anyone already done this?  Is
there anything I need to look our for?
