It's pretty obvious. To install php-mysql-3.0.16, you need to have
php-3.0.16 installed.
(i.e. you must first install php, and then afterwards the mysql
module)
But why bother with php3 - php4 has been out for "ages". It's faster,
better and more bugfree than the old version.
