I've just put a copy of my "httpd.restart" script into anonymous ftp at
"ftp.nobaloney.net".

To set it up, simply place it into the /root directory, then as root,
execute:

# chown root:root /root/httpd.restart
# chmod 700 /root/httpd.restart

Then, to run it, as root, execute:

# /root/httpd.restart

I shall leave a similar script to reboot the administration server as an
exercise to the reader.
