I had the same problem with a Qube2 with the same solution (although I had 
to spend about an hour on the phone with Cobalt tech support to get the 
problem fixed).  By the way, even after it was fixed, several of my users 
still had problems accessing and sending email until they had changed their 
passwords (consuming even more of my time).
