Is this supposed to happen I see that when you create a frontpage web the 
files are not owned by the user and group

The instead are own by nobody and the site number  like
nobody site12

Yes, it's quite normal.. Remember, once it's a front page worked 
site it should stay a Front Page site.. FTP and Front Page don't 
mix well. In fact, Front Page extensions will grind the very bowels 
of your site and cause dismay if you Mix it with FTP. Front page 
dosen't like being muddled with :)
