You could change the port that admserv runs on to something more common,
like 21.  I'm sure their firewall would let all traffic through there.

I've never done it, but I think you need to change it in the
/etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf file once, and then 5 or 6 times in the
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.

Just look for anything that refers to port 81.  And remember: make backups
of the .conf files.
