A slight difference in file size, but it could be *the* difference. When I
downloaded the services.tmpl file it was identical to the HTML view source
in the frame on my Control Panel. Except for some things like:
top.showInfo( '[USER_INFO]' ); where USER_INFO doesn't show up when you view
source. Otherwise it's identical.
