Easy, We have done this many times on RAQ2 and RAQ3 units
Purchase a new hard drive, preferable a 7200 rpm IBM or MAXTOR drive
(www.onvia.com has great prices)
Pull old drive out and put it in a workstation on primary controller.
place new drive in workstation on secondary controller
boot off win98 boot disk
use PARTITION MAGIC 5.01 (DOS VERSION) www.powerquest.com, just buy it and
search the cd for a DOS folder, copy that stuff to a diskette and run
pqmagic.exe
Go to general settings and disable bad sector checking
Select the old drive
Select the first linux partitions and select copy and copy it to the second
drive
do the same for each partition
exit partition magic
put new drive in cobalt and see if it boots.
