I suspect it is in fact likely IE5 is missing the CA signature for
equifax, netscape 4.61 is, here's what i have for equifax:

  Equifax Premium CA
  Equifax Secure CA

and Here's what the ssl cert requires:

  Equifax Secure E-Business CA


Given that there are a lotta folks out there still using 4.6 and earlier
netscape versions, this seems kind of lame....

Granted users can download an update, but who's going to bother?

(Other than that, it seems installed ok, tho there's no content ;0
