This reminds me of an experience I had at the Post Office the other 
day. I was sending a letter to Scotland and the clerk insisted that 
I write ENGLAND under the address because, according to him, Scotland 
is in England. After arguing weather or not Scotland was *IN* or *ABOVE* 
England for about 5 minutes I took my business elsewhere. I know the 
US education system is lacking but my God this is simple geography. 
And this is coming from a Federal Government employee for cryin' out 
loud.

Sheesh!
