[cobalt-users] User Documentation

	Does anyone have any good documentation for user accounts and site admin
accounts on the RAQ3 that they give out to their clientele or users? I find
it very time consuming to teach new users the Cobalt system and would rather
send out an e-mail that even the most basic user could understand.

	If anyone does, would to please sent it to either the list or myself.
