[cobalt-users] CHMOD : Problem - Please help me -

Hello,
I have a small problem, I do not manage any more to change the CHMOD of my 
files and repertory (not allowed). I use FrontPage but I had created 
repertory CGI-BIN with FTP and that went perfectly. Why doesn't that go any 
more, how to make?? My scripts does not go any more because I cannot put 
CHMOD 777 any more. Please, help me....
