Her "high tech" PR firm needs to teach her how to tell you the error
she's received.  Does the email just disappear?  Does it bounce?  If so,
with what message(s)?  Can she send mail from her domain using any other
email program?  Does anyone else have problems sending you email?

If she can't send email to you via Outlook 2000 and can't help you debug
the problem, then it remains her problem.
