You're most likely setting the catchall wrong. You're probably using
something like "@domain.com" when you should be using
"@www.comain.com". The latter catchall will allow all existing
addresses at the domain to go through; only catching the ones that don't
exist.

Yes. Have you actually read anything about Majordomo? A good start is
"/http://greatcircle.com/".
