I devote more time to customer service than providing pretty pictures for
competitors to slag off! I've been too busy with my customers sites than
wallowing in self gratification with my own.

What's more important to you if you are a hosting company, showing off your
wares on a fancy web site or providing outstanding customer service?

Different story if you are b2c, then you need a fancy site. I'm primarily
b2b so a fancy site doesn't matter, I'll get round to it :-)
