[cobalt-users] Admin Control Panel Failure and Cobalt

I wonder if anyone out there can help me out with some much needed
information, since the service staff of Cobalt is so useless.
Approximately 2 weeks ago I experienced a Control Panel failure on my RaQ2.
Specifically, when selecting the Control Panel menu option in the Manager
Services area (web-admin), the Control Panel page does not pop up (the page
where one turns services on and off, as well as accesses DNS and other
functions). Instead, I receive the error message "data empty" The simple
conclusion is that the web-admin interface on my RaQ2 is broken.
I approached the service staff of Cobalt way back when and asked for
assistance, being a layman in network administration, and have been left
hanging in virtual purgatory ever since with crippled access to services. I
see the situation as nothing more than a need to reinstall and refresh the
web-admin interface. Does any one have any insight on how to go about this?
Also, because I no longer have web access to administer my RaQ2, where can
I find general information on the hardware level configuration files for
the Cobalt web interface? As you all may well know, the RaQ2 manual does
not cover hardware level issues. Or better yet, is there an alternative
interface available out there in Internetland so I wouldn't have to suffer
the perils of Cobalt service again? Warranty be damned.
I don't know if my request for help here is a tall order, but any
assistance would be most appreciate. Thank you all most kindly.
