Check to see in:
Control Panel > Email Server > Email Parameters > Relay for the following
hosts/domains:

You should have both the IP and mail.northwesthost.com listed here and in:

>Host/Domain Aliases:

mail.northwesthost.com AND
www.northwesthost.com

Double check your DNS records too.
