[cobalt-users] POP before Relay Problems????

I have just installed "POP Authenticated SMTP Relaying Release 1.3pre1" and it doesn't seem to be working properly.  I can send mail from a raq user to another raq user, but when I sent mail from a raq user to an email address outside the raq I receive the "reject=550 <name@xxxxxxxxxx>... Relaying denied" message.

I guess I have a 15 minute window to relay mail after checking mail, but even if I send seconds after checking for mail this happens.

FYI:
- I have my raq domains listed in the relay fields of email properties, but I do not have the outside domain listed here.  I also do not have my ISP listed either. (I'm trying to avoid listed all the possible ISP's.)
- I have rebooted the raq a few minutes ago - still no luck.
- I can receive emails from outside domains just fine.

Could I have done something wrong, or and I misunderstanding the use of POP before SMTP?
