Do you have an A record pointing domain.com --> IP address as well as the
www.domain.com -->IP address?

By the way, when asking for DNS help you should put in a real domain. Often,
someone can take a quick look at your DNS record and see something missing.
I'm sure your domain name isn't a secret.
