[cobalt-users] Need Rack Mount Ears.

How on earth can we get Cobalt to send us some rack mount ears for a 
RaQ?????????

I  had one of my Techs call Cobalt for a solid week, twice a day to get 
some rack mount ears for a Cobalt RaQ that we purchased.  In fact, we 
have purchase about 20 or so in the last month, and one of them was 
missing the rack mount ears.  This is not a major problem, ie., the 
missing ears.  The problem is getting a hold of someone at Cobalt to 
issue some ears.

What's up?  Every time we call we get an answering machine/voice mail.  
Come on guys.  It wasn't like this before the IPO.
