[cobalt-users] Program Execution

One of my users would like to have shell access in order to run micq, which
is a text-based ICQ clone for Linux. Relunctantly, I allowed the user to
compile the 100k application and run it. Unfortunately, the program will not
execute. I realize this list is not meant to support third-party software,
but the strange thing is, this is the second application (compiled in C)
that I have attempted to run on my RaQ3 without any luck. Is the RaQ
designed not to execute compiled applications for some reason? Is there a
way around it? All .micq-l will produce (or .anything that I've tried) is a
"Command not found". Is this the Cobalt OS at work?
