Try using www.emumail.com, they provide a RaQ 2 or 3 version for they're
webmail system, and they have both commercial (banner free) and freeware
version to use. They do install to, so you get rid of that issue.

I installed an emumail version on a RaQ4r server and found some problems, I
have EMUmail installed on a RaQ3 server and has no problem

A thing to consider using a webmail interfase is that it will need resouces
(RAM mostly), so if you have 64 or 128 MB of RAM, consider buying a little
more to have the webmail working without decreasing the server performance.
