[cobalt-users] Raq2 IP Change

Hello,
i have changed the IP of an old RaQ2 (1 NIC)
successfully and now its running on a new
fiber. The only thing driving me nuts is -
SNMP is not working anymore.
I even stopped SNMP - deleted the snmpd.conf
(and .master) file - wrote a new one -
rebooted - and activated SNMP again. No effort.
With IFCONFIG i can see the old IP is still
bound to eth0:0. So i tried to delete it but
by typing
ifconfig eth0:0 del 195.222.99.5
the RaQ tells me it can not find the command??
What is going wrong and how to remove this old
IP?
Any help is apretiated.
Cheers
Michael
