Assuming (1) that the DSL and cable connections stay up so that
your websites actually get served, and (2) that you have static
IP addresses for both Qubes, it should work fine.

These aren't commercial sites, are they? Because my assumption
(1) above gets kinda hairy for DLS/Cable connections...
