Hi
There is a setting that allows one to leave a copy of mail on the
server, which is handy if you check the same accounts from multiple
machines. Have a look and see if that option is checked in the users
account profile. In Outlook, the settings for mail synchronization
preferences are under tools > options > Mail services. In Outlook
Express, look under tools > accounts > properties > advanced.
Cheers.

Subject: [cobalt-users] mail not downloading
Hello (again),
Has anyone had this problem before?, when sending mail to our RaQ3, it loads
into the /var/spool/mail fine, but when you try to check the mail via
outlook, etc. the mail will not download. You just get a "no new mail"
message. I'm not sure if the problem is server wide, because only a few of
the people have complained. People report being able to send just fine, but
not receive. I have all of the latest patches, and everything seems to be
fine, but it just doesn't work. All help welcome
