Shawn,

The command you are looking for is chgrp, not chown.  chgrp -R
site61 logs and chgrp -R site61 web.  However the -R *is*
recursive, and will change *everything* below the parent to equal
site61.  You might want to check through the web folder first to
see what group already owns some of the files.  Some of them may
need to be in another group to work properly.
